Tendência de perca do dolar em relação ao Euro numa fase de recuperação da economia mundial

O dólar americano aproximou-se da terceira semana de baixa diante do euro, com dados econômicos mundiais melhores tendo visto uma confiança crescente dos investidores de que o pior da economia global pode já ter passado, aumentando assim, o apetite ao risco.

No entanto, o dólar sofre perdas, mas que podem ser amenizadas antes que reguladores bancários da Reserva Federal dos E.U. revelem resultados de testes de pressão sobre os principais maiores bancos das 19 nações, nesta semana.

Estes resultados podem representar riscos aos mercados e, assim, o dólar ganharia apoio como uma moeda refúgio-seguro.

Não é mais possivel abrir posições long and shortno mesmo par de moedas ao mesmo tempo.

“Offsetting Transactions

New Compliance Rule 2-43(b) requires an FDM to offset positions in a customer account on a first-in, first-out basis, thereby prohibiting a trading practice commonly referred to as “hedging.” A customer may, however, direct the FDM to offset same-size transactions even if there are older transactions of a different size. Rule 2-43(b) is effective for any positions established after May 15, 2009. Offsetting positions that were established prior to the effective date do not have to be liquidated, but once either position is closed out after May 15, it may not be reestablished as a hedge….”
